I SURVIVED THE HOLOCAUST: My Life in Poetry

$13.00

Product Information

Artist and poet, Renate Kaufmann, expresses what it was like living through the bombing and the hiding of WWII in Germany, and then through all the sorrow and confusion in the war-torn aftermath. She also tells how, later in life, she came to know her Jewish Messiah in a deeper way.  Renate did not learn English until she came to America as an adult, yet she writes beautiful poems in what is not her mother tongue—all for the glory of the Lord!

Enjoy her artwork and her beautiful poems.

Some of the titles of her poems are: "What Is Peace?" "Why Hate The Jews?" "What Is A Home?" "Mama, Is There Life After Death?"  "My Hiding Place" "Who Am I?" "Why G-d Why?" "I Found The Truth" "Not An Alien Anymore" "Let's Be Women Of Influence" "Shalom To You".

About the Author:

Renate, a child Holocaust survivor, from Rochester, New York has now immigrated to Israel. At first she was denied citizenship by the Israeli government because of her belief in Yeshua as Messiah.

The author tells her story.

Her court case was handled by the Jerusalem Institute for Justice who went to the Israeli media with her story. She was interviewed via Skype on Israeli TV on Channel 2. Scroll down to see her interview. (So sorry the window for her interview below is too small. Scroll down inside the tiny window to view her interview or click here and scroll down.)

Following her skype interview, the Office of the Interior contacted her and welcomed her as a permanent resident with the opportunity to pursue citizenship. Funds from the sale of this book will help support her new life in her new homeland. Her case will help to set a precedent for other Jewish believers.
