The landscape and the Temple are portrayed how they really were in Israel. There is even a painting of a Jewish wedding complete with a “chuppah.”Each painting has a hidden treasure to find in it.

The artist is a Jewish, Israeli believer. The writer is a Messianic Jew in the priestly line. She uses the Hebrew names for Mary, Joseph, Jesus, etc.

This is an endearing children’s book, but is far beyond that. There is much for the adult, reading to the children, to glean. Each spread is an open scroll and on the side rolls of the scrolls are written awe-inspiring, deep insights from Scriptures, with headings such as, “Living Bread.” That one points out that Yeshua who says, “I Am the Living Bread” was born in Beth Lechem (Bethlehem) which means “house of bread.” Other headings include: “The Branch,” “Shalom,”  “Adonai’s Light” and many, many more.  There is a workbook available that will help point out the depths of interest that can be found in the paintings and will explain the Hebrew words trailing across many of them.
